Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Avenoa receives, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Avenoa website, project inquiries, quotes, design and apparel services, order administration, customer support, and related communications. "Avenoa," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Avenoa LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

This policy does not govern a third party's independent website, service, or privacy practices. When another service handles information under its own terms, you should review that provider's privacy notice.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with Avenoa, we may receive:

  • Contact details, such as your name, business email, phone number, and role.
  • Organization details, such as company, club, team, school, or event name.
  • Project details, including product type, quantities, budget, target date, sizes, colors, and intended use.
  • Artwork and production materials, such as logos, graphics, names, numbers, rosters, placement instructions, proofs, and approvals.
  • Order and fulfillment details, such as billing and shipping contacts, delivery address, purchase order information, and transaction confirmation.
  • Communications, feedback, claim information, photographs, and other information you choose to send us.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, medical information, full payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information that is not needed for an apparel project.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting, network, and security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, approximate location derived from an IP address, and security or diagnostic events.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from the organization you represent, an authorized team or club administrator, suppliers, decorators, carriers, payment or invoicing providers, and publicly available business sources.

3. How the website inquiry form works

The current project form is submitted on the Avenoa website. When you choose Submit, the website sends your entries to Avenoa so we can review the request. The form may include your name, business email, company, target date, estimated quantity, product type, and project details. After a successful submit, the page shows a confirmation and does not keep the form fields on screen.

Sending an inquiry does not create an order or require Avenoa to accept a project.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and understand project requirements.
  • Recommend products, prepare estimates and quotes, and confirm availability.
  • Create, review, revise, and obtain approval for artwork and production specifications.
  • Source, decorate, produce, package, deliver, and support orders.
  • Maintain approved specifications and order history for reorders and customer service.
  • Process invoices, payment confirmations, accounting records, taxes, refunds, or credits.
  • Communicate about schedules, inventory, approvals, delivery, claims, and policy updates.
  • Protect the website and our operations, prevent fraud or misuse, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Send marketing communications when permitted by law; you may opt out at any time.

5. How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Apparel and production partners. Suppliers, decorators, printers, and fulfillment partners that help quote or complete a project.
  • Business service providers. Hosting, email, file storage, design, invoicing, payment, accounting, customer-support, and security providers.
  • Delivery providers. Carriers, couriers, and logistics partners that deliver or help track an order.
  • Professional advisers. Accountants, insurers, auditors, consultants, and legal advisers.
  • Authorities and other parties. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful process.
  • Transaction participants. In connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Avenoa does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. We do not disclose customer artwork or organization details publicly as portfolio material without permission.

6. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals

Avenoa does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics on this website. Site infrastructure may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms that are necessary for security, routing, access control, reliability, or performance. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, the website does not offer a separate advertising opt-out control.

If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not interpreted uniformly. We will honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals when applicable.

7. AI-assisted design services

If you choose Avenoa's optional AI-assisted design workflow, project text, artwork, prompts, or reference materials may be processed with digital design tools and service providers to develop concepts, colorways, or placement directions. Avenoa reviews and refines concepts before presenting them for approval.

Do not submit trade secrets, unreleased confidential information, or personal information unrelated to the project without first discussing appropriate handling with us. AI-assisted design is also subject to the design and intellectual-property provisions in our Terms of Service.

8. Youth organizations and children's information

The website and Avenoa's services are directed to adults and authorized organization representatives, not to children under 13. Offering apparel for youth clubs does not mean that we solicit personal information directly from children.

An adult team, school, league, or club representative may provide limited player information needed for an order, such as a name, size, or jersey number. That representative must have authority and any parent or guardian permission required to provide and use the information. Please do not send birth dates, medical information, school records, or other unnecessary information about a minor. A parent or guardian may contact us about deletion of information submitted about a child.

9. How long we keep information

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on whether the information relates to an inquiry, active project, completed order, approved artwork or specifications, warranty or claim, accounting and tax record, legal obligation, or dispute. We may retain approved product and artwork specifications to support reorders, subject to product availability.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.

10. Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed for the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a secure method when sending sensitive business materials and for limiting project access within your organization.

11. Your privacy choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that Avenoa maintains about you, or to receive information about how it is used. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may also request a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of covered sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and appeal a denied request.

Submit a request to contact@avenoa.ai with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. For an appeal, use "Privacy Appeal." We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You can opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages about inquiries, orders, safety, or legal matters.

12. Processing in the United States

Avenoa is based in Florida, and information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. By working with us, you understand that information may be transferred as described in this policy, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
